Acceptance

By accessing or using MailClient, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service or connect an email account.

The service

MailClient is a user-facing email client for receiving, synchronizing, organizing, reading, composing, and sending email. It can connect to supported providers, including Gmail and Outlook.com, and can store synchronized mailbox content so these features remain available in the MailClient workspace.

Features can change as the service, provider requirements, and security practices evolve. MailClient may suspend a feature when necessary to protect users, connected accounts, or the service.

Connected accounts

You may connect only an email account that you own or are authorized to use. Provider access is granted by you through the provider's authorization screen. You can disconnect an account in MailClient or revoke access in the provider's account settings.

You remain responsible for activity performed through your connected accounts and for keeping your MailClient sign-in and recovery information secure.

Acceptable use

You must not use MailClient to:

• violate applicable law or another person's rights;
• send spam, malware, deceptive content, or abusive messages;
• access an account or data without authorization;
• interfere with the service or bypass its security controls; or
• use Google user data outside the user-facing email features.

Privacy and provider terms

The Privacy information explains how MailClient handles connected-account data, local content, retention, security, and deletion requests. Google and Microsoft also apply their own terms and privacy policies to their sign-in, authorization, and email services.

Availability and responsibility

MailClient depends on networks and third-party email providers. Continuous availability, delivery, synchronization timing, and compatibility with every provider are not guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MailClient is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited.

Disconnection and termination

You may stop using MailClient and disconnect provider accounts at any time. Access may be suspended or terminated for material violation of these terms, security risk, unlawful use, or provider requirements. Contact your MailClient administrator to request deletion of locally retained content.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated when the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. For questions about these terms, contact your MailClient administrator.
