MailClient
Connected email in one place
MailClient helps users manage multiple email accounts, domains, folders, and mailboxes from one application.
Gmail and Outlook.com connections
Users can connect a personal Gmail or Outlook.com account and use MailClient to receive, synchronize, organize, and send email with that address.
Google or Microsoft handles the provider sign-in and consent. MailClient does not ask for or store the user's Google or Microsoft password.
How mail access is used
MailClient requests the provider permissions needed to synchronize mail through IMAP and submit outgoing mail through SMTP. Access is used only to provide the mailbox features selected by the user and is limited to the provider's fixed mail endpoints.
Existing accounts can also be configured manually when their mail provider supports IMAP, POP3, or SMTP credentials.
Privacy and account controls
Users can reconnect or disconnect a provider account in MailClient and can also remove MailClient's access from their Google or Microsoft account settings.
Read the MailClient privacy information for details about stored data, security, retention, consent, and deletion requests. The Terms of Service explain the conditions for using MailClient.
